Responsibilities

  • Daily management report
  • Daily cash reconciliations
  • Daily clearing account reconciliations 
  • Accounts receivable
  • Any other duties as required by management
  • Duties to be performed in an office setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work-related experience
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or business administration an asset
  • Cash management and accounts receivable experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Time management skills a must
  • Ability to organize and carry out work assignments according to established work plans, adjusting work responsibilities and to changing work priorities
  • Ability to problem solve and interpret and/or analyze factual and conceptual information
  • Manages workload independently and works well in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Must display leadership skills and the ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a must
