Casino Games – Casino Shift Manager

Responsible for managing and leading daily operations for the casino.

• Creating and enforcing casino policy, resolve guest and associate relations issues
• Training and scheduling of associates
• Responsible for profit and loss management and budgeting
• Ensure all casino departments are in compliance with AGLC terms and conditions
• Assume the role of default manager of all casino departments when individual department managers are not on site
• Assist marketing with creating innovative and profitable table games marketing strategies
