• Ensures the proper exchange of money/coloured chips
• Ensure money/chips flow according to AGLC terms and conditions
• Provides information on rules and procedures of games  to guests and associates
• Provides information on suspicious activity to the Security Manager
• Provides assistance and expertise when dealing with concerns or disputes between guests and the game/house
