Casino Games - Casino Manager

Responsible for directing and coordinating casino operations including: strategic business management and reporting, creation and enforcement of casino policy, scheduling and budgeting.  Will ensure all casino departments are in compliance with AGLC terms and conditions

• Layout plans for table games floor, analyze game and table performance
• Procuring new games and equipment
• Responsible for asset management by following cash/control security procedures, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action
• Oversee the completion of associate evaluations, development and training
• Developing and maintaining a culture of complete guest satisfaction
• Act as a role model for managers and associates, foster teamwork, associate morale, motivation and open communication
